Who can book the space?
Our community booking rates and supports are available to individuals, groups, and organizations that are independently run or not-for-profits. Meaning, you are self-funded or community-funded. You are an individual community group or organization with a focus on supporting 2sLGBTQ+ and/or BIPOC community members.

What kind of event is eligible for the community event booking rate? 
Workshops and community events that are not for commercial purposes or for selling a product, with a capacity of under 35 people, that are art-based or community-focused. If you are an independent artist looking to rent the space for a pop-up market, please contact us to discuss.

What are the possible setup styles?

• Boardroom style with 8-12 seats

• Party room style with an open space and some seating areas

• Lecture style with 30 seats and standing room

• Chairs and a table can also be added to the patio outdoors

5 hours in Studio . Includes your setup and teardown time. So theoretically 1 hour setup and 1 hour tear down = 3 hours of studio time

Book for $575 + HST ($649.75)

10 hours in Studio . Includes your setup and teardown time. So theoretically 1 hour setup and 1 hour tear down = 8 hours of studio time

Our Studio comes with several amenities as part of your rental. If you need additional support such as beverages or craft(snacks) we are happy to support with our $50+hst amenities add on to your booking,

4. Sandbags (30, 20, 15lbs)

5. Stands (C-Stand, Rolling, Boom)

6. Backdrop paper, cloth or vinyl for tabletops

7. Clamps of varying sizes

8. V-Flats both fill and negative

9. Apple Boxes

10. Stools, Folding Tables, Chairs
